How It All Started
My introduction to amateur radio really kicked off thanks to a magazine given to me by a cousin of mine who
was an active radio amateur. It was the May 1980 edition of Radio Communication (RadCom) and in it was
a short article on building a QRP (low power) transmitter.
I have since sourced a copy of this magazine again (thanks to ebay) since my copy was lost many years ago.
simple 4-transistor design by G3WIF built into a tobacco tin.
That simplicity of design is what drives me most in electronic and software design today.
